-1787473376 2008-08-13 An inspection revealed that the well is idle and not capable of production. The valves were observed closed and flowline not connected to tank. Records indicate no production. No identification was observed. Tank Lat & Long was obtained from this inspection. Mr. Doug Adams, Adams Oil & Gas, was contacted by telephone and informed of the inspection results. Mr. Adams confirmed that this well is idle. Mr. Adams states that he is working out an agreement with Kilbarger that would allow him to sell gas from this well. He states that there are also negotiations with Columbia Gas Transmission.

-263715336 2010-10-15 The Division received a water well complaint alleging the presence of natural gas in groundwater at John Lewis property located at 38583 SR 160, Hamden, Ohio. An inspection of this well was conducted today with Mr. Tom Tomastik, Ms. Kelly Barrett, and Mr. Tom Benko. The well was found to be idle, as valves were observed closed at the well. The well does not contain a pumping unit and there are no gas sales at this time. The identification at the well contains only wrong well owner name stating Mountaineer Gas Transmission.
830826376 2010-10-05 The Division received a water well complaint alleging natural gas disruption of groundwater. The landowner also had questions regarding the well status and well owner's plans to produce. An inspection revealed idle well. The well remains unchanged since last inspection in 2008. The well is shut-in with no commerical gas sales. A sales line is located on property, but valves on end of lines remain closed with no observed meter. Robert Stonerock, Oil & Gas South Region Supervisor will be notified of inspection results and alleged water well complaint.
