1140145497 2006-02-16 Received a call from Brendan Dick (cell #330-323-3062) of Walsh College regarding the status and possible plugging of this well. This well is a potential safety hazard. It is located very close to a college softball field and it is not fenced off. The well needs a correct I.D. sign and the well is idle (zero reported production). Plug the well or produce and fence off the well. Jay Cheslock notified Steve Svetlak today of the College's concerns. Svetlak stated that he would address the N.O.V. (idle well, I.D. sign, and fencing) and put the well in production. I will follow-up on his progress.
