| -2007834785 | 2013-02-12 | I inspected Columbia Gas Transmission storage well # 8477 today. The well is located in the Wellington Storage Field, Pittsfield Township, Lorain County, Ohio. The well is equipped with a main valve, side valve with a 3.00 line to the drip tank. There is a 1.00 line from the drip tank to a 10 BBL storage tank. There is also a 1.00 line from the drip tank to a domestic meter with a small separate drip tank in line to the meter. The well is properly tagged and is identified with a clear, legible well identification sign mounted on the drip tank. No violations found. |
