Inspection Data

INSPECTION ID DATE DESCRIPTION COMMENT VIOLATION ID VIOLATION CODE VIOLATION COMMENT
1065894093 2005-11-16 Inspection this day found well with old scissor jack, not in production. Landowner says has never produced. Will talk to Larrey but probably needs NOV.
1815679011 2008-04-18 Inspection this day due to call from landowner that oil/saltwater was in the road ditch and in the creek. When got out there, found pumper was puming 3 wells that go into stock tank, have small 55 gal drum separator on top of tank, and that line was buried out to road ditch where water had been pumped for many years. Problem caused by county laying a new water line so road ditch now opened up and quite visible that water going out in ditch. This lease fits all criteria for Exempt Miss. - Tasted water and it was slightly salty, there was a skim of oil on water going into ditch. I did not find any in creek and water coming out of line into ditch was that black water that looks like oil - but not that much oil, only a skim. Regardless, told them to shut wells down - could not have any oil in the dtich, put pads out and asked them to get a new, better separator that got all the oil out or to set water tank - that it could not be allowed the way they were doing it.
1824919667 2008-01-17 Service rig on location this day, pulling well - cups off. Well not has pumpjack on it - last time I looked it has old scissor jack - needs ID's and asked operator to get them up.
