1240602840 2014-03-26 On the day of my inspection I witnessed that Express Energy Services had reamed a 36 inch diameter hole to 42 inches to the depth of 115 feet and set 115 feet of 30 inch conductor pipe. Express Energy Services cemented the pipe with 520 sacks of Class A cement with 2% CaCl. Had good returns of 11bbls and cement stayed to surface.
-1784092013 2014-07-29 On the day of my inspection accompanied by ODNR Southeast Regional Supervisor Rocky King, I met with Company Man Larry Howell. H & P Flex Rig #385 had drilled a 12.25 inch diameter hole to a depth of 3417 feet and was tripping out of the hole to get directional tools with an estimated td of 6400 feet for the 2nd intermediate section.
