1159363306 2006-09-13 An inspection was conducted at the facility owned by Adams Oil & Gas., on 9/13/2006. During the inspection, it was noted that this well was idle and not capable of production. Also noted was that new identificaton would be needed for this well. The results of the inspection were discussed with the landowner, Mr. James Allen. A copy of the inspection report will be mailed to Mr. Allen at his request. Compliance Notice
1229697256 2008-11-26 An inspection revealed that this well is still idle and has not been placed back into production. The well owner, Mr. Doug Adams, had received notice that well(s) will need to be placed into production and require identification. Mr. Adams has previously stated that wells lack production due to the infrastructure relating to gas transmission. The well contains only rods and tubing. The valves were found to be closed. Flowline from the well to (2) 100 bbl tanks was found not connected. One of the 100 bbl tanks is rotted below mid-section and has caved leaving the interior exposed to outside elements. Approxiimately 1 foot of fluid remains in tank. Identification was not found at either the well or tank battery.
1561 2002-11-25 An inspection of the well revealed the well to be idle and incapable of production. According to landowner well has not produced for several years. Landowner would like to take over well, for house gas.

-2107752671 2008-12-10 Mr. Doug Adams, Adams Oil & Gas, was shown the well status. The status of this well has not changed since the previous inspection.
-915435292 2007-12-26 A follow-up inspection revealed non-compliance. The well does not contain a pump jack. The tubing and rods are still in the well. Identification was not found. The tank battery contains (2) 100bbl tanks, one of which has deteriorated and is now leaking fluid onto the ground. Approximately 2 feet of fluid was observed inside the exposed bottom section of tank. Above this mark the tank is completely rotted along the sides and the top half has caved in. Dead vegetation observed around the tank.
981104887 2007-03-01 A follow-up inspection revealed that well is not in-compliance.
