414921149 2014-08-13 I inspected this producing unit as part of routine inspection activity. The well was completed in 08/17/2007. The unit is producing and production reports are current. Elements of the well consist of a production wellhead with standard valve assembly and pump jack system and aboveground storage tank (AST) battery in separate board-on-board enclosures. The wellhead and surrounding area are free of signs of leaks or other impacts. The wellhead and battery are located in a sparsely developed portion of Willoughby Twp. The area surround the wellhead and battery is heavily wooded. Access to the wellhead and battery are via a dedicated gravel access road which travels north from Hayes Dr., through a gate, and terminates at the wellhead and battery in 500 '. The battery is comprised of 1 steel 210-barrel production tank, 1 100-barrel steel brine tank, and separator unit. Spacing from well to battery, and spacing of elements within the battery meet regulations. The load-outs are bull-plugged. The secondary containment at the battery appears well maintained. I did not observe any signs or evidence of leakage, spills, or problems. Surface drainage from the area is to the north, towards the Chagrin River, 500 feet southeast. I did not observe any gully formation or other surface drainage erosional deficits. The ID placards at the wellhead and battery are in good condition.
