560378635 2015-03-23 Inspected production well on 03/23/2015. The tank battery consists of 3-100 bbl steel tanks, 1-vertical separator, and 1-horizontal separator located within an earthen dike. The tank battery is used by multiple wells (7); well identification is clearly displayed for all wells utilizing it. The well is equipped with a pump jack with an electric motor. Well identification has been posted at the wellhead as requested after the previous inspection. No problems were noted at the time of the inspection.
591343127 2014-05-22 Inspected production well on 05/22/2014. The tank battery consists of 3-100 bbl steel tanks, 1-vertical separator, and 1-horizontal separator located within an earthen dike. A small leak was noted at the outtake valve at the tank closest to the lease road. The tank battery is used by multiple wells; identification is posted for all wells utilizing it, but no permit numbers are listed for the Crocker wells. The well is equipped with a pump jack with an electric motor. Several small leaks were noted at the connections around the wellhead which will need to be addressed. No identification is posted at the wellhead as required. John Bernhardt with JR Bernhardt, Inc. was notified of the small leak at the tank battery, the small leaks at the wellhead, and the identification issues and will address them as soon as possible. No other problems were noted at the time of the inspection.
