Inspection Data

INSPECTION ID DATE DESCRIPTION COMMENT VIOLATION ID VIOLATION CODE VIOLATION COMMENT
1054927420 2003-06-05 Inspection this day revealed tanks with dike leaking saltwater and oil from pit down road approximately 20-25 feet. Will give 15 days to correct - dike needs rebuilt and salt water should no longer be put in pit - tests show 190 ppm chloride. Tanks have good ID's, well in good working order. Compliance Notice
1055249800 2003-06-04 Inspection found violations of oil and saltwater in the pit at tanks. Also noted brine scald running down hill approximately 20-25' with a breach in dike wall. Remove and replace all brine or oil contaminated soil, reconstruct the dike in compliance with SPCC regulations, and restore all disturbed areas.
1566243122 2003-09-03 Inspection this day found tank area cleaned up, dike built up better and holding - fresh water in pit area, ID's fair to good, no violations today

366625026 2012-06-27 My inspection this day found well with pumping unit, capable of producing, and 2 100 bbl tanks with good identification except permit no missing. Tanks have oily mess around them, inside dike, and dike is breached - wells are Exempt Miss but still needs to keep oil from of dike. Asked operator to clean up mess, redike tanks and get permit no. up. They also need to get a water tank there and move tanks so they are at least 3' apart. I will give operator a couple weeks to clean up before writing a citation, if needed.
