| 1393879626 | 2014-03-03 | I accompanied Doug Bennett to site for status update inspection. Refer to Doug Bennett's inspection for further details. | ||||
| 1395582152 | 2014-03-23 | At 8:10AM I received a phone call from Sidewinder Drilling Rig #121 Company Man Greg Armstead and he stated during the production string cement job the crossover fitting between the casing and the cement head failed and the cement job went bad. No one was injured and that it was estimated that BOC was at 15400 feet and TOC was at 4200 feet all inside casing. A decision was being made at this time whether Sidewinder Drilling Rig #121 was going to drill out cement and try to break circulation and cement casing again or to rig down and bring in a completion rig. He would notify me later today on their decision. | ||||
| 1396273529 | 2014-03-31 | On the day of my inspection I witnessed that Sidewinder Drilling Rig #121 was drilling cement inside 5.5 inch production casing with 2.875 inch drill pipe and a 4.5 inch bear claw bit at 8115 feet. Top of cement was found at 4273 feet and estimating bottom of cement at 15400 feet. Site inspection revealed no violations. | ||||
| 1397739793 | 2014-04-17 | Sidewinder Drilling Rig #121 completed scrapper runs inside 5.5 inch production casing and gained circulation. TIH to set packer and upon completion will begin new production casing cement job later today. | ||||
| -1416477917 | 2014-04-28 | On the day of my inspection the site passed preliminary restoration according to 1509.072A. | ||||
| -1621751031 | 2013-09-18 | There is a service rig over the well today running tubing in the well. The containment liner for this operation appears to be in place and I did not discover any leaks during my inspection. | ||||
| 1664996512 | 2014-02-21 | On the day of my inspection I witnessed that Sidewinder Drilling Rig #121 had drilled a 9.875 inch diameter hole to the depth of 6940 feet and ran 6891 feet of 7.625 inch 29.7#/ft. L-80 2nd intermediate casing. Stingray completed a two-stage cementing job on the casing. Sidewinder Drilling Rig #121 is in the process of cleaning their pits and hauling off their water based mud for disposal. Once the water based mud has been removed from site they will bring in oil based mud and drill out their shoe and start building the curve. | ||||
| 181004073 | 2014-03-24 | On the day of my inspection I witnessed that Sidewinder Drilling Rig #121 was preparing for Great White to arrive on location and rig up their coil tubing unit and begin to drill out cement. Great White will drill out cement with a 4.5 inch diameter bit and if successful in reaching BOC, Sidewinder Drilling Rig #121 will try to break circulation and begin new cement job. If Great White does not reach BOC a completion rig will be brought in to finish job with new cement job to follow. | ||||
| -1858332860 | 2014-03-08 | On the day of my inspection I witnessed that Sidewinder Drilling Rig #121 was drilling ahead on 11lb oil based mud with a 6.75 inch diameter bi at a depth of 13069 feet with a projected td of 18507 feet. Completed walk around with Company Man Dean Cook. | ||||
| 28448084 | 2014-03-03 | On the day of my inspection accompanied by ODNR inspector Randy Akins, I witnessed that Sidewinder Drilling Rig #121 was tripping back in the hole after changing BHA | ||||
| -937401603 | 2014-04-18 | Sidewinder Drilling Rig #121 completed scrapper runs and gained circulation on 5.5 inch production string. Ran and set packer at 7268 and successfully cemented 5.5 inch production casing. Sidewinder Drilling Rig #121 is currently tripping inside casing with scrapper tool. Upon completion will lay down drill pipe and begin to rig down. |
