-1239294497 2011-07-06 A pre-site inspection of this location was conducted with Mr. Bill Marks, landowner, and Mr. Jack Gynn (neighboring property owner) and Mineral Resource Inspector, Josh Garland. The neighboring property owner had voiced concerns prior to this inspection that proposed well location would affect his property value. Mr. Bill Marks had staked two well locations and agreed to the second staked location during this meeting.
1312825080 2011-07-21 I witnessed the cementing of the surface casing today. Good cement returns were observed at the surface.
-2070421901 2011-08-15 An inspection revealed that the drilling pits have been abandoned. The well owner solidified these pits approx two weeks ago (not witnessed). The topsoil has been stockpiled. The Pre-liminary Restoration is not due at this time and will be checked at a later date, as more work is needed to complete the restoration.
56223740 2011-07-26 I witnessed the cementing of 4.5 casing (longstring). Additional cement was also utilized to top off the surface casing which had settled.
