1407940640 2014-08-13 I inspected this producing unit as part of routine inspection activity. The well was completed in 02/01/2006. The unit is producing and production reports are current. Elements of the well consist of a production wellhead with standard valve assembly and mechanical plunger-lift system and aboveground storage tank (AST) battery in separate board-on-board enclosures. The wellhead and battery are located within the confines of a commercial nursery operation. Access to the well and battery are via existing, shared, gravel roads within the nursery. These roads are noted to be in good condition. The battery is comprised of 1 steel 100-barrel production tank, 1 50-barrel steel brine tank, and separator unit. Spacing from well to battery, and spacing of elements within the battery meet regulations. The load-out is bull-plugged. The secondary containment at the battery appears well maintained. I did not observe any signs or evidence of leakage, spills, or problems. The ID placards at the battery and wellhead are in good condition.
1784309791 2013-01-08 The wellhead consists of a mechanical plunger lift in an 8-foot board-on-board enclosure which is locked. Unit identification is present and legible. I did not observe any leaks, spills, or other signs of contamination. I could not locate the tank battery for the unit.
218226393 2011-12-28 On 12/28/2012, DNR Inspector Richard Skidmore completed an urban preliminary restoration well inspection for DNR Inspector Ray Wallace. The lease road, tank battery, and well head locations are in compliance with 1501:9-9-05. Inspection passed.
