768214786 | 2013-11-06 | My inspection found the well in production. The well was equipped with a pumping unit. The tank battery consisted of a 100 barrel production tank, 50 barrel brine tank, and a separator. The dike met containment requirements. The proper identification signs were posted at the well and production tank. There was a plug on the load line. The lease road was in good, stable condition. The well site was graded. The vegetation was well established. The pits were filled and closed. All of the debris was removed. Drainage and erosion controls were in place. |
