Inspection Data

INSPECTION ID DATE DESCRIPTION COMMENT VIOLATION ID VIOLATION CODE VIOLATION COMMENT
-1591236645 2013-09-19 The producing unit consists of a wellhead with pumpjack unit in a chain- link fence. The aboveground storage tank battery is comprised of 1 100-barrel steel production tank and separator in a chain- link fence. ID placards are present and emergency #'s are current. There is some oil leaking from the stuffing box. No other observed problems. The tank battery is being shared with the Erb 1143, and Goldsword 971 and 973. I called Jim with Green Energy and advised about the need for stuffing box maintenance.
-2005350404 2014-08-11 I inspected this producing unit as part of routine inspection activity. The well was completed in 10/24/1980. The unit is producing and production reports are current. Elements of the well consist of a production wellhead with standard valve assembly and electric pump jack system and aboveground storage tank (AST) battery. The wellhead is located via an older access road which is grown-over with vegetation and not easily passable by vehicle. The head of the access road begins adjacent to the battery, and continues east. The well is located approximately 1,800 feet from the entry point on Lewis Road. The battery is located 50 feet from Lewis Road and is accessed via a gravel-paved pull-off. The battery is comprised of 1 steel 100-barrel production tank, a 50-barrel poly brine tank, and vertical separator and is shared with the #2-0971, #2-973, and #2-1143 units. Spacing from well to battery, and spacing of elements within the battery meet regulations. The load-out is bull-plugged and locked. The secondary containment at the battery appears well maintained. I observed a minor amount of leakage from the stuffing box fitting at the wellhead and notified Green Energy. Otherwise, I did not observe any other signs or evidence of leakage, spills, or problems. There is ID signage at the battery and the wellhead. No problems requiring attention at the time of this inspection.
