1209973706 2012-05-31 An inspection of the Stack wells was conducted with the owner, Mr. Gary Nethers to verify locations prior to plugging and abandonment. During this inspection, it was determined that Mr. Nethers will plug and abandon Permit Nos. 4550 and 4655.
1358036578 2009-06-01 I inspected the well location today at the request of the landowner Ray Stack. Ray's complaint is that these six Berea wells on his property are not being produced and are not capable of production. Also, there has been some recent activity from the company that owns the wells on the property causing deep ruts in his field. He is unable to mow because of it. Also, there has been brine dumped down over the hill from the tank battery. The inspection revealed that these wells are not being produced and at this time are not capable of production. There are deep ruts in the field. There is a large kill area below the tank battery and an open hose running directly from the tank battery down over the hill. The wells have no identification posted and neither does the tank battery. I contacted the well owner Korby Borders by phone and am making arrangements to meet with him on site.
-898793677 2012-07-11 An inspection revealed that wellbore had been left open to allow clay to settle for a couple days. Thee plugging contractor, Mr. Nathan Nethers, was topping with clay to the surface.
