-148659516 2011-09-13 A follow-up inspection revealed compliance.
52723385 2011-02-16 The Division received a landowner complaint alleging delinquent Final Restoration and four (4) idle wells. An inspection conducted with West Region Oil & Gas Supervisor, Mr. Jeff Fry revealed idle well, no identification and failure to submit statements of production. During the inspection, it was noted that the well was equipped rods, tubing with bradenhead and pump jack with no engine/motor, or belts. No flowline(s) were connected to the well. No commercial gas sales/house gas or oil sales. There were no observed flowlines connected to the well. Records would indicate that the last year for commercial production was 2001. No displayed identification at the well or tank location. A new GPS reading was obtained for the well. At the conclusion of the inspection, Mr. Brent Bear and Mr. Fry met with the well owner, Mr. Dale McDonald. Mr. McDonald was verbally instructed to resolve deficiencies within 30 days. Note: Statements of production were not discussed, but will be brought to Mr. McDonald's attention.
