1364387893 2013-03-26 I conducted an inspection from a complaint made by a landowner. My inspection found the well in production. The well was equipped with a pumping unit. The tank battery contained one, rusty, 100 barrel production tank and one, rusty, brine tank. It was surrounded by a weathered dike; however, it meets containment requirements. There was a plug on the load line. There was a rusty, heat treated separator with a correct spacing from the production tank. It contained a 7 day production chart. The proper identification sign was posted. The lease road was in stable condition; however, the first 0.25 miles is the Western Reserve Greenway walk/bike trail. I called Russell Miller at 330-506-8152 and requested locks be placed on the load line and tank lids.
1384977791 2013-11-20 My re-inspection of Complaint #4261 found no leaks, spills, or odor at the tank battery or well. All production equipment was operating properly. The proper identification was properly posted. The dike was slightly weathered; however, it met containment requirements. I called Mr. Wolin and left a message of my findings.
