-389474357 2011-12-19 Site is graded. Good vegetative cover established. No equipment on location. I walked the lease road and well site with Mr. Yancy. He is pleased with the restoration. He seeded the site with a seed mix that was paid for by the company.
-719830417 2009-03-16 No identification. Rods and tubing are in hole. Pump jack gone. All valves are open. Lines are disconnected. No production equipment. Tank is gone. Can see gravel tank pad and 8 foot circle where the tank was. Took pictures. I was accompanied by Craig Ross (Contractor for Equity) He wanted to find the well. This well is in line with the Asbury and the Burch so it should get connected to the new line that is being planned by John Murphy (Owner Representative). Talked to Dave Yancy (Landowner) about the well and the up coming activity that he will see in regards to the well and new pipe line installation. Well is in violation for id and idle. I am not writing an NOV at this time because Craig is going to put an id on the well and he is working on Equity's wells in area and is planning on connecting this well to the new production line. I told Craig this is an Verbal NOV. Well needs Identification. Well must be capable of commercial production.
