-868725184 2004-05-20 Talk with Jim Irwin of OEPA on clean up which is not progressing as he would like.I advised that he failed to contact me properly and that he also said he would do the follow up needed for cleanup.He wants me to meet with landowner and advise him that he will occur a large fine if the clean up is not done quickly.Went to site and found nothing done and returned call to Jim and advised.Returned and met with Mr. Hartzler and he told me he would start on clean up today and not stop until it was complete.
