524251870 2014-09-15 On the day of my inspection I witnessed that Alpha Hunter Drilling Rig #9 had drilled a 22inch diameter hole to the depth of 439 feet and ran 439 feet of 18.625 inch 87.5#/ft. J-55 casing. Halliburton was on site gained circulation with 165bbls fresh water then pumped 25bbls of gel, 10bbls of fresh water and cemented casing with 290 sacks of BondCem cement with a weight of 15.8ppg verified by mud scales and a yield of 2.31cuft/sk. Cement was displaced with 120bbls of fresh water. Good circulation throughout job no cement was returned to surface only gel spacer. Alpha-Hunter Drilling Rig #9 ran 75 feet of 1 inch pipe and Halliburton topped off with 126 sacks of Class A 15.6ppg and a yield of 1.18. Good cement returns of 6bbls to surface.
-77444923 2015-04-29 On the day of my inspection accompanied by Southeast Regional Supervisor Brent Bear, the site passed preliminary restoration according to ORC 1509.072A.
991545861 2014-09-17 On the day of my inspection I witnessed that Alpha Hunter Drilling Rig #9 had completed cementing of their 13.325 inch intermediate casing and was rigging up their BOP with testing to follow.
