Inspection Data

INSPECTION ID DATE DESCRIPTION COMMENT VIOLATION ID VIOLATION CODE VIOLATION COMMENT
-13579485 2005-08-11 W. Pol Contracting personnel were on site to remove, dispose and replace the affected soil and gravel around the underground brine vault. The affectment was fairly shallow and the violation has been corrected.
1406480287 2011-06-16 I received an email from Tim Cosma of Cedar Valley Energy about buying these wells from P & S Production. (2315-2316-2527-2528) I met him at the tank battery of these 4 wells. I inspected the wellhead and the tank battery and found that there were no violations at this time. I will check to see if any outstanding NOV's have been filed and get back with Tim. There are no violations at this time.
-1856166865 2005-08-03 CASE 05-021 The Uniontown office received a complaint from Jim Mehallis (330-562-5505) about the condition of the wells and the tank battery. The inspection indicated that the ground vault had been overfilled and was full at this time. The impacted gravel and soil around the ground vault must be removed, disposed and replaced.
-293508573 2002-12-12 CASE 02-075 The Uniontown office received a call from George Groborchik (330-995-9770), with Aurora Township Zoning, concerning a possible spill adjacent to the Wurm tank battery. According to Mr. Groborchik, a contractor installing a rail fence south of the tank battery noticed what appeared to him to be oily soil, while installing fence posts in this area. This discovery date is unknown but was not the reported date. The property was snow covered during the site inspection, however the visible soil around the fence posts did not appear to be stained and was odor free. Standing water adjacent to the posts did not have any sheen. The site will be rechecked after the snow has melted.
