My initial phone notification received at 2:30 AM was for a 7:00 Am callout to cement surface. Upon arrival the company man stated that they would not be ready to start running casing until after 12:00Pm; Upon re arrival at 1:00pm the drilling rig was starting to run the 392' of 18.625. The surface pipe was hanging up inside the conductor and at 7:00 pm the company decided to pull the surface and ream the conductor. I then left location and informed the company man to call me when the pipe was on bottom and the cementers were hooking up.
1359661107 | 2013-01-31 | Inspector on site to witness the cementing of the 18.625 surface casing. On this day 386' of 87 Lb casing was set and cemented to surface with circulation established prior to cementing and 45 barrels of cement returns to surface and the casing pressure tested to 500 PSI over lift pressure upon the landing of the plug. All measurements are off of a 25' Kelly bushing. Records were received from the BOP test on the 13.375 casing. Inspector will note that notification was made to the company environmental representative that several of the disturbed areas needed to be seeded and mulched.
1360784786 | 2013-02-13 | Inspection of the drill site found the current drilling depth to be 5160', The next casing string to be set is the 9.625 at a approximate depth of 7000'. Inspector will note that notification was made to Greg Mayle who is the Company E&S Coordinator in regards to several locations on the site that will need erosion control and one place on the south west face of the drilling pad that has began to slip, I made Mr. Mayle aware that the surface was beginning to erode at several places on the site that have not have had proper cover or erosion control drainage established.
1361278691 | 2013-02-19 | Status check inspection on the drilling progress found the company drilling on water base fluid @ 6771' with a projected total depth of the 9.625 intermediate string to be 7053'. Inspector will note that the company is addressing issues dealing with vegetation and erosion around the perimeter of the drill site brought to their attention by myself.
1361453025 | 2013-02-20 | Status check inspection on the drilling progress found the current drilling depth of 6834' using a 12.250 bit; with the current proposed depth of this well bore stage to be 7053'. Inspector will note that the company is having trouble with the drill bit and has only made 63' of hole in the last 24 hours and is waiting on a bit engineer to arrive to suggest their next recommended action.
1361556828 | 2013-02-22 | Status check inspection found the current drilling depth to be 7095' and the company logging the formations to evaluate the current depth. The 9.625 intermediate casing string is the next to be set.
1361922454 | 2013-02-25 | Inspector on site 10 hours to witness the cementing of the 9.625 intermediate casing from 7090' to the 2 stage tool set at 4633'. The plug was landed and the float collar not holding so the cement head was shut in and the cement allowed to cure for 8 hours. 600 sacks of class A cement was used with the casing pressured to 1200 psi upon landing of the plug. 20% Cement excess was ran.

1362580652 | 2013-03-06 | I received a call at 9:15 AM from the company safety representative stating that they had spilled approximately 1/2 a barrel of oil based drilling mud at their Norman drilling site. The company man commented that a majority of the spill was inside their lined working containment area and was immediately cleaned up with 100% recovery. I advised them I was on a cement job and seeing how they had contained and recovered the material I would be over to look at the site within 2.5 hours. Met with Greg Male @ 11:30AM and observed the area outside the containment area had been cleaned up by drawing the material up with a vacuum truck, We discussed recovering the sheen with spill rags and cleaning the equipment affected by hand as not to cause the product to migrate under the rig mats.
1362592396 | 2013-03-06 | Status check inspection on the current drilling progress found the current drilling depth to be 12,064' in the horizontal section using a 8.5 bit and drilling on oil base mud to a proposed well bore depth of 14,028'.

The plug was landed and the casing pressure tested to 500 psi over lift pressure. Cement returns to surface. Inspector has explained to the company men over the site construction that proper erosion control needs to be established on the soil stockpile area and that even though vegetation understandably cannot be achieved in the winter months erosion control still must be in place.
