-1181931677 2014-06-24 I was on location for a status check inspection. I found during my inspection the plunger lift unit in production. The tank battery consisted of a 100 barrel production tank, a 50 barrel brine tank and a locked separator. A dike surrounded the production equipment. There was an identification sign posted. A bull plug was installed on the load line. The lease road was in stable condition. The well was placed into production prior to House Bill 278.
662879691 2012-05-29 On 5/29/2012, I completed a production well inspection status check. My inspection found the well head was a plunger lift unit (rabbit) surrounded by four concrete posts for protection against damage from vehicles. The tank battery contained one 100 barrel oil storage tank, one 50 barrel brine tank, and a separator. I noticed no visible spills or leaks. The lease road was the parking area behind the Home Depot. There are no violations at this time.
