1273100051 2010-05-05 Inspection revealed that well is equipped with 8 surface casing and 4.5 production casing and 1.5 tubing and 1-100 bbl tank and 1-50 bbl tank,all valves at wellhead were shut and last reported production was in 2008 there is a high sulfur odor at wellhead suspect casing has hole in it making well incapable of producing, no domestic hookup noted. Photo's taken of well and tank site.

Plug or produce well. Failure to comply may result in bond forfeiture.

1287719107 2014-05-14 My inspection finds the production equipment has not been removed. The well is still in violation. I spoke to Scott Davis about the having the well in compliance by the end of the month.

1353391110 2013-07-05 I stopped at the Green Gas office on sr. 821 and discussed removing equipment from the old tank battery. Scott Davis stated that he would remove it as soon as the weather was dry enough.

The company has not met the restoration requirements of 1509.072(B). I have requested that enforcement action be taken.

-314451122 2014-09-24 My inspection today finds the well owner has graded the tank dike and moved the fifty barrel tank. The meter and some pipeline has been pulled up. All production equipment is still onsite; however, it appears they are currently working on the final restoration.
-37297379 2014-04-22 I stopped at the Green Gas shop and spoke to Scott Davis. Mr. Davis was informed that if he did not comply with the outstanding violation the company may face escalated enforcement actions. Mr. Davis agreed to finish the reclamation of the well site and remove equipment by May 30.
531056225 2014-04-15 I met Scott Davis at his shop. We discussed the measures that need to taken to bring the well into compliance. He stated that they would finish the site restoration and remove the tank and production equipment as soon as the weather allows.
