The well is equipped with a main valve, a side valve with a 3.00 line plumbed to the drip tank. There is a 1.00 line out from the drip tank to a 5 BBL storage tank. All lids and hatches are closed and secure. There is also a 1.00 line from the drip tank to a domestic meter. The well is identified with a clear, legibly marked well identification sign mounted on the drip tank. No violations found. | ||||
