315496238 2015-01-29 I am onsite to witness the hydraulic stimulation activities of stage 21. 500 gallons of 15% HCL were pumped at the beginning of the stage. The well broke down at 6789 psi and treated at an average pressure of 7491 psi at a rate of 72 barrels per minute. I witnessed no annular pressure.
-444396033 2015-04-02 I am accompanied Inspector David Ball today. Our inspection finds the well appears capable of production with the production valves open. The tank battery is comprised of eighteen 400 barrel tanks set in a liquid tight plastic lined steel containment. A separate containment area holds five production units. The production equipment is shared with four other wells on the pad. The well pad meets the preliminary restoration requirements.
