My inspection found tank battery contained one 210 barrel steel production tank , one separator , there is vegetation growing inside dike area to point access is at a minimum . Further inspection of wellhead and well site area found tubing in production casing with valve which is shut-in , also well is dissconnected from flowline . There is three joints of tubing lying on ground near wellhead . Division records showed 0 production was reported since 2001 . Well is idle at this time . I contacted Bob Barr Jr. and advised him of corrective action needed to comply , He told me Karen had taken them to court to obtain ownership of well and he was under the understanding they turned well over to her . I then advised him Karen had told me a similar story but had refused to take ownership of well , Bob then told me he would put well into production . REMEDIAL WORK REQUIRED TO COMPLY : PLUG OR PRODUCE WELL . |
