INSPECTION ID DATE DESCRIPTION COMMENT VIOLATION ID VIOLATION CODE VIOLATION COMMENT
1207177414 2008-04-01 A.D not hooked up well is equipped with pumping unit and tubing and rods it does not appear that well is produced much.
1261944879 2013-04-08 Well is not hooked up for annular disposal. The well is currently shut in and is tied into shared tank at the main road. The identification needs to be reposted at the well and tank. I called and left a message with Jordan of G-R Contracting explaining the issues. The operator is current on production. 5/1/2013: Jordan said he was going to send someone out this week to resolve id issue.
-1473945647 2013-09-03 Compliance Action Follow-up 1261944879: Well is still shut in and the pumpjack is completely overgrown with vegetation. There is no identification at the wellhead and the well shares a tank at the road with 5 other wells. I bumped into adjacent landowner and he claimed the wells have not produced in years. There is a current chart in the meter at the tank battery representing all six wells. Jordan said he would send someone out this week.
977699159 2014-03-03 Compliance Action Follow-up 1261944879: The well has an identification, however the valves are still shut on the wellhead. I talked to Jordan and he said he did not know about the well's capability of production but would have his pumper head over and check the pressure and that they may need to swab it again once there is better weather. All of the wells on this lease are tied in to one meter.
