-1063089668 2014-05-07 My inspection today finds the preliminary restoration requirements have been met.
1380566224 2013-09-29 My inspection today finds Falcon Drilling drilled 385' of 26 hole. The rig ran 20 casing to a depth of 335'. Calfrac cemented the well in place with 608 sks of class A cement. I witnessed 30 bbl of cement returns to surface.
-1538553478 2015-02-19 At 8:54 PM I received a telephone call from Greg Evans. Mr. Evans works for Consol Energy and wanted to report a small 10-15 gallon condensate release off of containment. The release was a result of a Sunpro water truck transferring fluids on the pad.
2005576013 2014-05-07 My inspection today finds the preliminary restoration requirements have been met.
-2135900896 2013-11-24 I am onsite to witness the cementing of the 9.625 casing. Calfrac cemented the casing in place with 645 sks of 12.0# cement and 308 sks of 15.0# cement. Eighty bbl of dyed spacer was pumped in front of the cement. All of the spacer was returned to surface indicating proper cement placement.
-231199220 2013-11-18 My inspection today finds the rig reached a total depth of 7308' in the 12.25 section. The rig is preparing to run 7256' of 9.625 casing. A small drilling fluid spill was being cleaned. The volume spilled is less than one bbl.
750377903 2015-02-20 My inspection today finds the site of the condensate release has been cleaned. No traces of the release are visible. Six 400 barrel tanks are set in a liquid tight containment and an additional seven 210 barrel brine water tanks are set in a separate containment.
