-1027903504 2015-02-09 I was on location for a status check. During my inspection, I found the well in production. The well was equipped with a plunger lift assembly. The tank battery consisted of a 100 barrel production tank and a mechanical separator. An identification sign was posted on the separator. A dike surrounded the production tank. There was a plug on the load line. The lease road was in stable condition. The well was placed into production prior to House Bill 278.
1800002752 2011-12-29 There were no violations found at the time of my inspection.
-519842973 2012-11-20 I completed an urban production well inspection status check. My inspection found the well equipped with a plunger lift unit. The tank battery had the proper dike and contained one, 100 barrel oil/brine storage tank. The separator was outside the diked tank battery with an identification sign. I noticed no visible spills or leaks. The lease road was in good working condition and shared with permit number 2-0218.
