Upon inspection, it was observed that a new pumping unit is now standing over the well and the polish rod is shiny, indicating the well has been pumped recently. The ball valve on the 2 production tubing is in the open position and the poly flow line runs to a 100 bbl production tank near Shay Ridge Rd. This fulfills the requirements of the original compliance notice that was issued on 11-9-2005. | ||||
