The 4.5 casing is shut off, tubing valves are open and the valves at the separator are shut off. There is no production shown on the gas chart. The brine scald west of wellhead is still visible from my previous inspection. The Owner/operator will be contacted to make repairs. The owner/operator has diked the wellhead. I tested the water present in the diked area for chlorides and the results were zero. The lease road is stable and proper identification signs are posted. | ||||

It appears oil and brine was released from the drip bottle. Operator has also herbicide around the tank battery and wellhead. Called Gary the pumper for Hill David and requested he lime and seeded scald. Spoke with land owner she said it was herbicide and oil leak. Land owner inquired about fencing the well; I informed her that they are not required to fence well and tank battery. If she is going turn the field into pasture for cattle to contact Dave Hill and request fencing to protect the well head and tank battery. Lease road is stable. Spacing is correct. Identification sign is posted. |
