1154680975 2007-08-30 Inspection requested by Columbus. No annular disposal being used at this time.
1349189893 2012-09-24 While I was performing annular disposal inpections for Columbus, I found that both 210 barrel stock tanks on this location had numerous pinhole leaks around the exterior of the tanks that were allowing brine and oil to seep out of the tanks and onto the ground inside the dike. Many of them had been plugged with puddy but were continuing to ooze product. I called Cory McCudden with Northwood and told him that the tanks needed to be repaired properly or replaced and that the impacted area within the dike needed to be cleaned up. Impact is minimal at this point but could become worse if no action is taken. He said he would assess the situation immediately and let me know what their plans are to rectify the situation. I talked to the pumper, Mike Schrock (330-815-6549), and he informed me that he was going to drain the tanks and properly repair both of them as well as clean up the area inside the dike by 10/10/12. I will do a follow up inspection after this date.
-1778451045 2012-09-24 I inspected this well at the request of Columbus and I found no annular disposal being used at this time. The proper ID is posted at this location. The tank battery is diked and the fence around the pad has been partially dismantled. The wellhead is fenced and has a small dike around it. The well is operating with the aid of a pumping unit. Gas is being produced from the annulus and is plumbed with a 2 line and regulator.
