Dominion has initiated a program to re-perforate selected storage wells to improve both injection and withdrawal operations. The perforating is done with 15% hydrochloric acid covered with salt water in the hole.
-1333151915	2014-11-04		I inspected Dominion East Ohio Gas storage well #2651. The well is equipped with a master gate valve and a side gate valve. There is a flow gate valve plumbed with a 3.00 line into a 100 BBL storage tank. All lids and hatches on the storage tank are closed and secure. There are two (2) pickup lines on the storage tank and they are secured with valves and bull plugs in place. The tank battery is diked. The well is properly identified with a clear, legibly marked well identification sign mounted on the storage tank. The lease road is stoned and drivable. No violations found.
1363783789	2013-03-19		I inspected Dominion East Ohio Gas storage well #2651 today. The well is located in Section 7, Green Township, Summit County, Ohio. The well is equipped with a master gate valve and a side gate valve with a 4.00 Daniel's run plumbed into the main pipeline. There is a flow gate valve with a 3.00 line plumbed into a 100 BBL storage tank. All lids and hatches are secure. There are two (2) pickup lines on the storage tank and they are secured with valves and bullhead plugs in place. There is a dike surrounding the storage tank and it is constructed in accordance with 1509-9-9-05. The well is properly identified with a clear, legibly marked well identification sign mounted on the storage tank. No violations found.
156633366	2013-12-30		I inspected Dominion East Ohio gas well # 20469 today. The well is equipped with a master gate valve, a side gate valve with a 3 daniels run plumbed into the main line. There is a flow gate valve with a seal plate on the end. There is a 100 barrel production tank on location. The well is properly identified with a clear, legible identification sign mounted on the main line. The lease road is in stable condition. No violations found.
2108034604	2014-03-06		I inspected DOM / EOG natural gas storage well # 2651 on 3/6/2014. The well is located in Summit County,Green Township, Section- 7. The well is equipped with a master gate valve, a side gate valve with a 4 Daniel's run connected to the main pipeline. There is a flow gate valve connected, via a 3 line, to a 100 Bbl. Storage tank.The two 2 load valves were secured with bull plugs and were leak free. The facility is surrounded by an earthen dike which is in compliance with 1501-9-905. The access road was graveled and passable.The facility was leak free and the required identification was compliant with 1501-9-9-05(A). No violations were found during this inspection.
