1409683410	2014-08-29		I received a call from Roy Poulson from PDC Drilling that they had spudded the well at 8:00 AM on 8/29/2014.
1409942118	2014-09-05		I was on location to witness the cementing of the production casing. Poulson Drilling drilled a 7 7/8 hole to 4275'. The 4.5 production casing was set at 4276'. Petroset was the cement contractor on location. Petroset broke circulation and pumped 230 sacks of Class A Cement that mudscaled at 15.6 ppg. The plug was displaced using 66 BBL's of water. The plug landed and pressure was held at 1500 psi. The location is in stable condition. The pit liner is in good repair. No violations found.
-174750442	2014-09-17		My inspection found the well has a guage and a pop off valve on the annulus. The guage reads zero psi. Hagans Well Service has installed the tubing and rods in the well. The pump jack is on location but has not been installed on the well. The pits are open and in stable condition. The pit liner is in good repair. The location is in stable condition. No violations found.

Petroset was the cement company on location. Petroset broke circulation and ran 200 sacks of Class A cement that mudscaled at 15.6 ppg. The cement was displaced using 8.5 bbls of fresh water. Cement returns were observed at the surface. The location is in stable condition. The lease road is stone half way to the well and then runs along a field to the location. The pits are stable and the liner is in good repair. The top soil is piled at the West side of the location. The cellar is constructed of a 4'6 plastic pipe. No violations found.
-1869691534	2015-05-04		My inspection found the location has been graded and seeded. Vegetation is beginning to establish around the location. The landowner is using the trees that were cut down for fire wood. The well is currently being produced. The tank battery is in good repair. The lease road is in stable condition. I will pass preliminary restoration when the vegetation has been established.

Petroset was the cement company on location. Petroset broke circulation and ran 185 sacks of Class A cement that mudscaled at 15.6 ppg. The plug was released and displaced using 25 bbls of fresh water. The plug landed and was pressured up on for five minutes. The amount of cement returns was 14 bbls. The location is in stable condition. The pits are stable and the liner is in good repair. No violations found.
