Inspection Data

INSPECTION ID DATE DESCRIPTION COMMENT VIOLATION ID VIOLATION CODE VIOLATION COMMENT
-123929993 2012-01-09 FOLLOW UP TO NOV # -778743794 My inspection this day was due to a water well contamination complaint by the landowner, Keith Snider. I found this well with the valves closed on casing and no identification (ID) sign posted. There was a current chart in gas meter for both Waterman wells, but this well is not producing and no production has been reported for this well since 2007. Proper ID was posted at the tank battery. This well needs put back in production, plugged or put into Temporary Inactive status. No annular disposal.
-1996793313 2015-03-27 Upon inspection, it was observed that no attempt has been made to gain compliance at this well location since the last inspection on 11/19/2014. The well location is still extremely overgrown with brushy vegetation and is shut in. I will speak with Mr. John Murphy and advise that he file for a plugging permit for this well and properly plug/abandon the well.
2040993864 2005-09-19 Inspection this day found well tied into line but valve shut - casing well, tanks have been removed recently, separators still there, no ID's, good dike where tanks were, drill site has been reclaimed.
-315664988 2015-06-17 Upon inspection, it was observed that no changes have been made to the location since the last inspection on 3/27/2015. The location is extremely overgrown and the well is not visible. I will contact Mr. John Murphy of Murphy Oil Co. and request a meeting on location to clean vegetation from the well head for inspection and to discuss options to either service and produce or plug and abandon this well.
536947920 2014-11-19 Attempted to perform a followup inspection on this well, however, the vegetation is grown in so thick on the location that the well could not be seen and/or found, even with the leaves off. The shared tank battery consists of 2 separators, 2 drips, 2 meter runs, 2 100 bbl production tanks, and a containment dike. Legible and correct identification information is posted at the tank battery. I will contact Mr. John Murphy of Murphy Oil Co. Inc. and inquire about plans to plug and abandon this well.
-62788678 2014-08-06 Attempted to perform a follow up inspection on this well, but was unable to locate it due to overgrowth of vegetation. I will make another attempt to find the well this fall.
