1342396646 2012-07-15 I was on site to witness the cementing of the 9 5/8 intermediate casing. Nomac Rig #41 reached a total depth of 2012' and ran 47 joints of 40#, 9 5/8 casing to a depth of 2012'. They installed 17 centralizers on this casing string. Halliburton cemented the 9 5/8 casing with 750 sacks of Class A cement with 1/4 #/sack Floseal and 12% salt. Good circulation throughout the job and 22 barrels of cement circulated to surface.
1343056281 2012-07-23 I was on site to check the status of Nomac Rig # 41 and check the status of Express Energy Services conductor rig drilling the other Elwood wells conductor holes. My inspection revealed that Nomac #41 is drilling the curve at 8203'. Express Energy Services is drilling the conductor holes and mouse holes for the # 8 and # 10 wells. Shawn with Express Energy Services advised that it would be later today or this evening before they were ready to cement the conductor on these two wells.
-1690206565 2012-07-13 I was on site to witness the cementing of the 13 3/8 casing. My inspection revealed that Nomac Rig #41 has drilled a 17.5 hole to a total depth of 573' and ran 573' of 13 3/8 casing with 6 centralizers installed on the casing string. Halliburton cemented the 13 3/8 casing with 540 sacks of Class A cement (1% CaCl and .25 #/sack Floseal). There was good circulation throughout the entire job and there was 24 barrels of cement circulated to surface.
