Inspection Data

INSPECTION ID DATE DESCRIPTION COMMENT VIOLATION ID VIOLATION CODE VIOLATION COMMENT
125225537 2014-05-20 Inspected production well on 05/20/2014. The tank battery consists of 1-100 bbl steel tank, 1-50 bbl steel tank, and 1-vertical separator located within an earthen dike. The tank battery is very overgrown. Well identification is posted at the tank battery, but it is not current, as it lists the previous operator. The well is equipped with a wellhead with a T; the well appeared shut-in at the time of the inspection. Research into the production history of the well showed that it has not produced since 2005, therefore the well must be plugged.

895942380 2015-03-10 Inspected production well on 03/10/2015 to follow-up on a previously-issued compliance notice (lack of well identification, non-production). The tank battery consists of 1-100 bbl steel tank, 1-50 bbl steel tank, and 1-vertical separator located within an overgrown earthen dike. Well identification is posted, but it is that of a previous operator. The well is equipped with a wellhead with a T and valve. A plugging permit was issued for the well on 08/12/2014. As Enervest has shown an intention to plug the well, a 6-month extension for the compliance notice has been granted.
