---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
1064964639 | 2003-09-30 | Inspection this day found well not producing but capable of producing and tied into line, tank area clean, dry, ID's good. Drill site has been reclaimed, grass growing, no debris left. Will contact operator inquiring into status of well. | ||||
1314209357 | 2011-09-20 | Received complaint from landowner, Jim Thieman, that well is idle and should be plugged. Visit wellsite with landowner. I verified that well was not producing - valves shut for rabbit well and no chart in meter. Annual production shows well last produced in 2005. Tank battery has proper ID and good dike. Mr. Thieman does not want an NOV at this time, just the record to show well is not producing. He is having his attorney address the issue with Enervest. | ||||
1397829448 | 2014-04-18 | Witnessed Second day of plugging operations. The 4 1/2 production casing was ripped at 2912 feet and one joint was pulled to ensure the pipe wasn | ||||
1398112622 | 2014-04-21 | Witnessed the setting of the Bottom of Surface/Berea plug and the Surface plug. The Bottom of Surface/Berea plug circulated. The fluid level was down 200 ft. so the Surface plug was set using the brush and stone method. | ||||
267638467 | 2014-04-16 | Witnessed plugging operations in progress. Tubing was set at a depth of 6029 ft. and the bottom hole plug was pumped. After that, tubing was pulled and ripping tools were ran downhole. The crew started looking for telegraph at 4530 ft. Telegraph was not found until 2978 ft. At that point, the decision was made to run tubing back down to the lime section to set a plug, then the 4.5 in casing could be ripped and a rip plug could be set. | ||||
282584859 | 2014-04-15 | Crew was pulling tubing at the time of inspection. It started out pulling hard. The rig operator believed there was a tubing hanger on the end. They turned the tubing to the right in an attempt to release the hanger and the tubing came loose. When the last joint came out, there was no hanger on the end of it. The crew ran their 4 in jars down the hole and ran down to 6040 ft. to verfify they could get down to the top perforations. We then discussed plugging procedure. I reminded the rig operator that we can not set perforations in the Big Lime section. Pipe has to be ripped first. | ||||
-44098491 | 2013-09-19 | Well is equipped for production with a rabbit catcher and a digital timer. There is one 210 barrel tank with a separator and a meter in the tank battery. There is no chart in the meter. I was accompanied on the inspection by Mr. Jim Thieman. He stated that he had gotten his lease back and showed me the paperwork to prove that. I contacted Tim McConaha at Enervest Operating in Charleston WVA. He stated that the well doesn't show up on his records. I told him that they were on Enervest's bond and that the situation needed attention. |
