-1899710186 2015-03-04 My inspection today finds U.S. Well Service is providing hydraulic stimulation services. Renegade is providing wireline services for the stimulation. All operations are currently stopped waiting for a leaking valve to be replaced on the wellhead stack. No fluids were escaping at the time of inspection as the valve was isolated.
-247629276 2014-10-29 My inspection today finds the drilling rig, Patterson 316, is preparing to trip back in the hole after replacing a motor. The well is currently drilled to a depth of 5118' at a diameter of 12.25. Once tripping back in the hole they will drill to an anticipated depth of 6800'.
571595148 2014-07-14 I am onsite to witness the cementing operations of the conductor casing string. Express energy ran 100' of twenty-six inch weld casing. Express also cemented the casing in place with 330 sacks of class A cement. The mix water was tested at 82 ppm with a Quantab. I witnessed 15 barrels of cement return to surface.
-635522675 2014-10-21 I am site to witness the surface casing cementing operations. Patterson Drilling rig 316 ran 362' of 18.625 casing. Allied Oil and Gas Services cemented the casing in place with 738 sacks of class A cement. I witnessed over 75 barrels of cement circulate to surface.
