| 483935630 | 2015-03-18 | On the day of my inspection I witnessed that the production equipment included 2-100bbl tanks, a 30bbl brine tank, a vertical separator, a logically controlled motor valve, a drip, a 2 inch meter with a .75inch orifice and a chart recorder all within an earthen dike. The well was equipped with 8.625 inch casing, 4.5 inch casing, 1.5 inch tubing, a plunger lift system and domestic gas service with valves open on the tubing and 1 of 2 open on the casing supplying the domestic gas service. Identification was present and production records were current. |
