-1344712217 2013-04-16 Columbia has completed replacement of the surface casing on the well. Cement has fallen away from surface in the annulus between the production casing and surface casing. I contacted Terry VanSickle of Columbia Gas who advised that he will get additional cement to fill up the annulus. Pit needs to be pumped out.
-1659633272 2013-07-11 Columbia Gas requested ODNR witness fracture stimulation of the storage well. Universal Well Services was the contractor for the job. The job was partially witnessed. See the stimulation report.
2106281842 2013-12-18 The restoration is complete.
-667603612 2013-04-22 Columbia completed reworking this well. The site is graded out and the pit has been filled in. Cement was topped up in the casing to complete the rework. Cement was circulated to surface when the casing was set, but it fell away. Columbia topped up the cement with quickcrete and advised that it was 2 to 3 feet down.
-919202297 2014-10-15 ID posted, location maintained. There is a 5 Bbl tank connected to the well. The location has been restored following the workover reconditioning.
