Inspection Data

INSPECTION ID DATE DESCRIPTION COMMENT VIOLATION ID VIOLATION CODE VIOLATION COMMENT
2099430474 2014-12-15 I was on location for a status check. During my inspection, I found the well in production. The well was equipped with a plunger lift assembly. The flow line ball valve was in the open position. A domestic gas line came off of the 4.5 casing and was covered by a wooden box. The tank battery consisted of a 100 barrel production tank, a 50 barrel brine tank and a separator. Both tanks were completely surrounded and engulfed by small trees and tall grass. Upon further inspection, I found the dike completely weathered and incapable of containing any substances resulting, obtained, or produced from operation of the well. An identification sign was posted on the production tank. A bull plug was missing from the load line on the production tank. The lease road was in stable condition. The well was placed into production prior to House Bill 278. I called and left a message with Mr. Barr for a return call concerning the condition to the tank battery.
