1640210973 2010-07-12 Jeff Fry and I inspected the well location to follow up an NOV for Preliminary Restoration. The pit has been closed. The area surrounding the wellhead has been graded. However there is still a pile of soil left that needs to be graded and a steep bank to the west of the wellhead that needs to be finish graded. Also, proper vegetation has not been established on location. The landowner contacted me two days ago and is not satisfied with the restoration. I left a message with company representative Sean Baldridge concering the issue. Preliminary Restoration still not passed.
-1739470961 2010-04-30 The inspection revealed that there is still an open pit holding fluids. There is still oil field equipment left on location. There still hasn't been any grading or closing of location. NOV from inspection date 4-14-10 not passed.
-1950563393 2010-04-14 FOLLOW UP TO NOV # 2124153341 The inspection revealed that there is no pumping unit on the well. Rods and tubing are in the well. There is an open pit and the pit liner has lost integrity. There is crude oil and brine in the pit. The location has not been graded. There is no form of identification posted. There are rods and some left over equipment on location. Preliminary Restoration is not passed. Maram Energy is in violation of restoration requirements. By April 26, 2010 the well owner will properly close the pit. The location will be graded, seeded, and mulched to prevent erosion and satisfy restoration requirements. All drilling equipment will be removed from location. Also, there will be a proper form of identification posted.
