H & P Drilling Rig # 284 drilled a 17.5 inch diameter hole to 1940 ft and set 1922 ft of casing. Schlumberger Cementing Service cemented with 1421 sacks of classs H cement at 15.6 lbs and a yield of 1.2 When they did the pressure test a hose failed and the job was set back 2 to 3 hours to wait on another hose. Since it could be more than a few hours before the job went off I did not witness it. | ||||

| 84585020 | 2014-09-15 | I am meeting today with Bob Mcspadden and John Mode of Hess Ohio because of the pressure on the annulus of this well. Today the pressure on the 9-5/8 inch diameter casing string was 1200 PSI. I advised that a plan be submitted for approval to remediate the annulus pressure before the well can be placed into production. |
