1363295307	2013-03-14		I was on location to witness the cementing of the 9 5/8 surface casing. The Killbarger IDECO Rig #17 drilled a 12 1/4 hole to a TD of 739'. The casing shoe depth was 687'. Centralizers were not run on the surface casing and the baffle insert was at a depth of 654'. There was an issue with casing length which did not allow enough room for wellhead and placement of the BOP. Operator had to head to Logan for a pup joint. Formation cement on location. Once the pup joint arrived and was connected to the casing, formation set up and began cement job. The plug was down at 9:21pm with good cement returns, and casing pressure was held at 600 psi for 5 minutes.
1369850646	2013-05-29		Contract dozer operator was on location grading the access road. He previously graded the wellhead location. I went back to well location and the operator had filled the pit and graded the area. I will come back when operator is finished with restoration.
1492187248	2013-04-03		All drilling equipment has been removed from location. There is still an open pit filled with drilling fluid. Well was logged on Sunday and Artex has not yet stimulated well.

603729202	2013-06-03		I accompanied Joe Schneider and Frank Riggle in the field to review the restoration work at all of Artex's most recently drilled wells. The access road and well location have been recently graded and the operator will be out in the next few weeks to disc till, seed and mulch the access road and well location.
