1346253118 2012-08-29 On 8/29/2012, I conducted a production well inspection status check. My inspection found the tank battery contained one 100 barrel oil storage tank, one 50 barrel brine storage tank, a separator, and the proper identification posted. The tank battery was overgrown with weeds. The well was located approximately 590' south of the tank battery in the middle of soybeans. I will reinspect the well once the farm removes the crops. I researched our database and found the well has not produced since 2001. I was unable to contact the well owner.

-93633427 2014-01-29 My pre-transfer inspection found the well not in commercial production. The well was providing domestic gas to the landowner. The well was equipped with a plunger lift unit. The well had the minimum 200 ft from an inhabited dwelling and public building. The tank battery consisted of a 100 barrel production tank, a 50 barrel brine tank, and a separator. The dike met containment requirements. The landowner owns the property on which the well resides and has the minimum five acres. I spoke the landowner about her responsibilities as an exempt domestic well owner.
