1239883493 2009-04-15 A follow-up inspection revealed that violations have been resolved. The AD line from the tank to the well has been cut. Identification was also observed at the well.
2059251091 2014-05-20 I received a inspection request from Cynthia Marshall at Central Office. This well is owned by Tim and Karen Jubach. The well is being used to heat a residence located on the property. No violations were noted during my inspection.
-540025305 2009-03-19 An inspection of the well and tank battery was conducted with the landowner/well owner, Mr. Timothy Jubach. During the inspection, an AD line was found connected at the tank and the well. At the time of the inspection, the valve at the tank was observed closed. The well owner states that he ships brine along with his oil and does not utilize this option. The well pumps to (1) 210 bbl tank. Mr. Jubach was instructed to disconnect. Identification was also found to missing at the well and the tank. A GPS reading was obtained for the well and the tank.
