1204554321 2008-03-03 I performed a preliminary restoration status check. The drilling equipment was gone. The drilling pits are closed. The debris has been removed. There is vegetation growing on location. Both the wellhead and the tank battery were GPS'd. This well has PASSED PRELIMINARY RESTORATION.
1468051753 2010-09-14 This status check was requested by Jay Cheslock. I performed a field inspection and walked around both the wellhead and the tank battery. This inspection satisfies 1501:9-9-05. There were no violations at this time.
-252024070 2006-09-28 Yost Drilling (formerly Rose Run Drilling) has moved on site and is rigging up. They should spud the surface hole later today or early tomorrow. The pits, located south of the well are lined and in good condition. No violations at this time.

949733173 2012-04-20 On 4/20/2012, I completed a production well inspection status check for DNR Inspector Chris Grimm. My inspection found the well head was a plunger unit (rabbit) that was in good condition. The tank battery contained one 100 barrel oil tank with the proper identification posted, 50 barrel brine tank, and a separator. I found no visible spills or leaks. The lease road was in good condition and there are no violations at this time.
-981102373 2006-11-30 The drilling pits have been solidified and closed and the site has been graded. Preliminary restoration will be approved after vegetation has established.
