1197458774 | 2008-10-30 | Carper Well Service Rig is swabbing on the well. Talked to Shannon Stevens on location about the pit and timelines for restoration. Pit is open. Pit liner is in good shape, no tears in lining.
1214311722 | 2008-06-23 | Surface cement job. I arrived on location and the rig crew was still trying to get the 9 5/8 in the hole. They were having trouble with the threads and there was a slight bend in the casing which was causing it to cross thread. They hit mud and decided to drive 20 to 41' then drill 17 1/2 hole 63' for the 13 3/8 conductor. Then a 12 1/4 hole was drilled to 645'. They were going to set 617' of 9 5/8 but due to the cross threading problem they set 573' of 9 5/8. I approved the change to the casing program in the field. A 1/4 stream of water was hit at 350'. A basket was set at 256'. The well had good circulation and good cement returns to the surface.
1241793261 | 2009-05-07 | Spud date 6-22-08, Restoration due 3-22-09. Site is rutted with standing water. No attempt to vegetate site. Site is bare ground. No identification on well. -1717658445 | 2008-07-14 | Pit had to be relined due to a tear. An un determined amount of fluid was lost from the pit. They are preparing to log the hole. Then plug it back to drill horizontally.
1731249331 | 2008-06-27 | I received a call from Merl Richards and he informed me that the rig had a brine leak at their mud pump. I met Merl on location and we discussed the clean up procedures. The brine is contained in the clay soil and is pooled up in 3 areas 1.5' by 6', 3' by 2 ' and 2' by 5' all pools were less than 2 deep. The leak was caused by a leaking union on the mud pump. I told Merl to contain the soil and to dispose of it in the pit during restoration.
203935771 | 2009-07-15 | Solidify pit with 140 sks cement. Mix with track hoe.
225610146 | 2008-07-15 | Straight hole TD is 2915'. Core samples have been taken and the hole has been logged. Plug back from 2915' to 2050'. This is to be used for a kick plug during the horizontal portion of the well. The pit liner had to be replaced again due to a tear. I witnessed the liner being installed. And was able to witness the plug back at the same time.
-389346228 | 2008-12-19 | A slight bubbling was noticed at the wellhead. Bubbles 1/4 inch in diameter. I took a video. All valves on the wellhead are shut off. My gas detector did not show any explosive levels of gas at the wellhead. There was a good breeze at the time of inspection.
